As a web copywriter and consultant I can't count how many times I've said to clients "Stop talking about "We" and start talking about "YOU" the customer. People have the attention span of a gnat while surfing the web. Save the "all about us" stuff for the About page. And even then, it had better be framed in a way that matters to your audience. Down with the "we-wes!" PS: I scored 82.6%. Phew! Love it.
